The Faculty Development Program (FDP), in collaboration with QEC, successfully organized a two-day experiential workshop titled “From Friction to Facilitation: Rethinking the Role of Administration at UET” on July 1st & 2nd, 2025, at Masood Hall, Electrical Engineering Department, UET Lahore. Designed specifically for administrative and clerical staff (Grades 10–16), the workshop focused on enhancing service orientation, professional behavior, communication skills, and strengthening the vital relationship between faculty, administration, and students.

This workshop reflects the forward-thinking vision of Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI), Vice Chancellor, UET Lahore, and Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat, Pro Vice Chancellor, who have consistently advocated for the development of both academic and administrative human resources. Their commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and institutional growth reinforces the critical role of administration in driving UET toward global standards of academic competitiveness.
